CLARITY ON INTENDED IMPACT AND PATHWAYS
BENEFIT: Clarity on a program or organization's goals and alignment of current and planned activities to those goals and desired impact; provides common ground for program and evaluation planning; strengthens grant applications.
WHAT IT ENTAILS: Development of a logic model, strategy map, or other visual representation of key activities, outcomes, and desired organizational or programmatic impact. Discussions with key leadership, staff, and potentially others (e.g., community members or program recipients) to inform and review products.
ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ASSESSMENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS
BENEFIT: Greater understanding of how organizational processes, ways of engaging, and/or policies affect the culture and effectiveness of an organization.
WHAT IT ENTAILS: Interviews, focus groups, and/or surveys with leadership, staff, board, and/or volunteers. Summary of findings and recommendations.
ONGOING STRATEGY CONSULTATION
BENEFIT: Regular engagement to discuss organization or program's strategic direction; opportunity to pull away from day-to-day operations to ensure clarity and alignment with purpose and goals.
WHAT IT ENTAILS: Sharing of ideas, serving as a sounding board, active listening and deep, powerful questioning.
